What are the pros and cons of a quick sale?

If you sold your house on the open market you might reach a higher price. However, you also face the uncertainties of the housing chain with buyers dropping out at the last minute and disrupting your move. Because we buy directly from you, we can guarantee you a sale to a timetable that suits you.

How do your prices compare to an open-market sale?

We usually pay between 75% and 90% of the open-market value. You may achieve a higher price through an estate agent on the open market but you'd also have the uncertainties of finding a buyer, the risk of a chain collapsing and any associated estate agency fees involved in selling your house.
