How much can I earn?

First of all, it depends what you mean by earnings!

Unlike a run-of-the-mill franchise, you will not spend 2 years or more steadily building up a customer base before becoming profitable and drawing an income. Franchisees should expect to generate enough in equity through their first three purchases, within months if not weeks, to cover their initial investment.

Most property investors buy and hold property for the long term because even if there are short term fluctuations in local property prices, in the long term they always increase. Historically, prices have doubled every seven years. Therefore the real prize in property investment is capital growth over a period of time. Ask yourself why most wealthy people have either earned their wealth through property, or retain it by investing in property (or both).

For anyone who does not need to generate an income from the franchise and can build a portfolio of hundreds of properties by never needing to sell, all they need to do to become rich is buy and wait!

The fact that you are reading this probably means that you are not in that position yet. Therefore you will need to take an income from your property investments, at least in the early stages. There are a number of ways to do this within AQS, including:

  • Trading. "Buying Wholesale, selling Retail"
  • Developing. Buying Wholesale, adding value and selling Retail
  • Passing agreed deals on to other Investors (both within and outside the AQS network) for a fee
  • Option trading
  • Referral commissions to AQS approved third parties
  • Refinancing to release equity*

* Releasing equity is not the same as making a profit as it is a paper gain only, and not suitable for people with low risk profiles. However as it is not profit, it is not taxable!
