Franchise Opportunity
We currently have over 80 Franchisees across the U.K. including Scotland, Wales
and Northern Ireland.
Quite simply, there is an opportunity for people with a strong interest in property,
entrepreneurial flair, sound business sense and above all an attitude of win/win,
to join our nationwide network and become extremely successful in a thriving property
business.
There are three main ways to become actively involved in the phenomenal success
of A Quick Sale.
1. Vacant Territory Franchise Purchase
This opportunity is to purchase a vacant territory from A Quick Sale, and to start
to build your property business.
New Franchisees are placed on our training programme, designed to help bring them
to a point where they can operate effectively very quickly indeed.

2. Franchise Resale Purchase
In this scenario there is the possibility to purchase a Territory that is currently
owned and operated by an A Quick Sale Franchisee.
It is likely that you would be able to takeover such an active area where there
is recent extensive business being conducted by the existing Franchise owner. Handover
and consultancy periods could be negotiated with the Franchise Owner to suit the
incoming Franchisee. In addition attendance on the training programme would be required.

3. Sub-Franchising
There are opportunities to become a "sub Franchisee" of an existing territory. A
sub-Franchise opportunity is one where you can work as a smaller part of a Franchise
Area - e.g. a single town or part of a city - working under the guidance of the
Franchise Owner.
Terms and conditions of such an agreement are negotiated with the Franchise Owner-
but fall under the "umbrella" of A Quick Sale.
There are specific training events that Sub-franchisees will undertake to assist
them with their development.
