A Quick Sale has developed a comprehensive support package to enable new franchisees to start their property business quickly and efficiently. Below is a summary of our initial training and ongoing support;

Induction Training - Franchisees undertake an initial three day training course. This covers all the major aspects of the property business including valuations, property appraisals, client contact and how to finance your portfolio. This is supplemented by a monthly program of one day training events focussed on specific property topics.

Ongoing Support - Franchisees are assigned to a 'Property Mentor' during the first 6 months. The mentor will be an experienced existing franchisee who will provide advice and support.

IT Systems - Franchisees have access to our online leads management system and valuation tools. This will enable you to manage enquiries efficiently and to value a property from your desktop. The member's forum provides a wealth of information and support. It includes a download section for tools, guides and legal documents.

Marketing Support - You will gain from the use of our distinct brand and market leading name. Our unique website receives over a million hits a month. Our national marketing will provide you with a regular supply of clients looking for a quick sale. You will also be provided with advice to assist you with your local marketing, and you will have a local page on the website. You are provided with various support tools including sample advertisements, 'Bought by a Quick Sale' estate agency style boards and discounted advertising rates via our media agents.
