I am waiting for a place in a nursing home, can I arrange the sale when a place
becomes available?
Yes. We offer flexible solutions which put you in control of the timetable. For
example, we recently agreed to buy a property from an elderly gentleman who was
waiting for a place to become available in a nursing home. We agreed the sale but
were happy to delay the purchase until the place became available.

How can I raise money but still stay in my home?
We offer a range of flexible solutions which enable you to raise necessary funds
and stay in your home. We'll buy your property directly from you - giving you spare

it back to you at market rates so you won't have the upheaval of leaving your home.
