How It Works
- Step 1; Register to receive our regular emails of property alerts (enter your email address on the right).
- Step 2; When you see a property you are interested in, click the 'register interest' link on the email. This does not oblige you to buy, it simply requests by email, one of our team to contact you to answer any questions you may have.
- Step 3; Once your questions have been answered to your satisfaction and you wish to purchase the property, a reservation fee of £299 is required - payable by debit or credit card. This fee is deducted from your balance on completion.
- Step 4; You instruct your solicitor, arrange finance and complete the sale and typically benefit from instantly doubling your investment, and generate positive cash flow, from day 1.
