Initial Contact was made with Caroline – wonderful information, knew her boundaries and limit of information to forward to me.
Richard then made contact, put me at ease immediately, sale was hassle free, nothing was too much effort to either Caroline/Richard or my solicitor whom AQS put me in contact with.
From first contact to date of sale it look less than four weeks. Amazing!!
I now rent the property from Richard which has relieved me of certain pressures.
I feel less stressed and it’s all due to AQS being professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and sympathetic.
I have already passed details to friends and work colleagues, I didn’t think I would have been able to stay in this house and that worried me, but due to AQS, Richard and Caroline, I am here for the foreseeable future. I am elated.
