I want to stay in my property until I'm ready to leave, how can this be arranged?
We offer flexible solutions which work around your schedule. We can structure the
process so you can move when you're ready, or we can arrange a sale and rent back,
which will allow you to stay in your home and release capital for your relocation
or emigration plans.
How do your prices compare to those I'd get from an estate agent?
It depends on a number of factors, including the type and location of the property.
You would probably achieve a higher price on the open market - we usually pay between
75% and 90% of the open-market value - but you'd also have the uncertainties of
finding a buyer, the risk of a chain collapsing and any associated estate agency
fees involved in selling your house.
