If you enter into a sale and rent back agreement you are unlikely to get the market value of your home and, as a tenant, may only be able to remain there for a limited period. The government introduced legislation from 1-7-2009 to regulate Sale and Rent Back (SRB) agreements and all firms that are either SRB providers, administrators, advise upon and/or arrange SRB agreements. The Sale and Rent Back market has been temporarily closed down by the FSA pending a
full review. As a responsible company we are therefore unable to refer any of our customers who require a Rent
Back solution to companies who operate in this market, at this time.
